yesterday....what a disaster. shared a treat with a friend and then looked up the calories after. I thought I was going to puke. (I kind of wish I had've).
600 calories treat....That's more than 3 days worth...I felt instantly deflated so i ate a 500 calories supper...just the freakin nightmare I had hoped to avoid....
I weighed in at 135.6 this morning...MORE then yesterday. MORE!ay.
Not okay.
I had to eat a freaking bowl of soup at my MIL's today which was delicious and I managed to only have to eat a few bites off it, still it was 60 calories. I gotta eat salad ONLY for dinner tonight to keep it under 100 for the day.
I'm not even tracking for yesterday. DO not want to put it out there. I did do my hour work-out with a little more speed than usual.
Will power girl come one I know you got it.
