I feel so proud because I himmed and ha’d…I mean I had fasted all day and I had planned on a sirloin steak sandwich and side salad at 430 calories have kill me? Of course not a 500 calorie day would still be a good day calorie wise, but a 292 day…just fills me with pride that I care enough about myself to make these kinds of choices. As soon as I saw the 280 calorie I was pumped but I figured it’d be this little salad with a bit of chopped chicken on the top…nope it was huge and a full grilled chicken breast.
I got my diet Pepsi today too…so I’ve cut my drink calorie in half! So I’m at 12 calories for the day today, obviously I’ll have more – that’d be dangerous and stupid and I’d totally eat a cow tomorrow…lol…but we are having lasagna tonight so I’m going to have a tiny piece and big salad with it. A quarter tray of it is 400 calories…I’ll be eating half of that so 200 calories for dinner, a 212 day…not bad.
If I just eat a HUGE salad I could have a 53 calorie day…
Interesting. We’ll see.
