Woke up at 138.8 this morning. Hell ya! I did 61 minutes on the bike today at 397 calories burned and 310 calories taken in…WEIGHT LOSS! So my goal was 140 for the 22nd so I do have some play if I mess up like this weekend at Nolan’s bowling tournament. We WILL be going out for dinner! At 430 calories for a chicken sandwich…sigh…I think I’ll get a side salad and small chili. That’s under 300 calories and lots of veggies and protein too. And it’ll be yummier and more filling than the just a chicken sandwich. I need to watch my protein. I need more. Low cal high protein…white chicken breast…probably baked fish too. I’ll have to look at that. Anyhoo…I did great today, I’ve done great since I started.
