I’m stuck at 136…and have been for weeks.
I’m not working out at all though and I’ve been eating normally, so yea….no gaining or losing. I’m totally off my goals – I should be 119 today. I am not.
Today I re-start my plan. Hubby is out of town and my oldest is not here, so I don’t have to eat at all until Wednesday. A 2-day water fast to kick start my plan. I figure if I can work-out and take in ZERO calories eat I can probably get back down to 133 in a few days. Then I can have black coffee and suppers of spinach salads and keep my calories down to under 50 a day for the next 10 days. No one questions big plates of spinach and vegetables. I may get to 125lbs by Christmas…10 lbs over my original goal. 10 lbs. in 10 days…
I only have one really open Christmas party where I will have to eat before Christmas – the others are more a mingle with a 10cal Vitamin water in a fooler booze glass type affairs. Water intake is crucial over these next 10 days. Must be always drinking water.

Alright so last week I had 3 birthday parties and 2 Christmas parties. I had no time to track or blog, I did manage to workout everyday, but one. I weighed in this morning at 137 still. I'm not thrilled to be so far behind my goals, but if I can get back on track this week. My goal is under 100 calories everyday, so i can get a little closer to my Christmas goal.
I do still have 3 more Christmas parties, no wait 4 more. Then actual Christmas dinner and stuff....yikes. Working out will be my only chance.
I lost 11 lbs in the first week.
I bet I can lose another 11 this week.

yesterday....what a disaster. shared a treat with a friend and then looked up the calories after. I thought I was going to puke. (I kind of wish I had've).
600 calories treat....That's more than 3 days worth...I felt instantly deflated so i ate a 500 calories supper...just the freakin nightmare I had hoped to avoid....
I weighed in at 135.6 this morning...MORE then yesterday. MORE!ay.
Not okay.
I had to eat a freaking bowl of soup at my MIL's today which was delicious and I managed to only have to eat a few bites off it, still it was 60 calories. I gotta eat salad ONLY for dinner tonight to keep it under 100 for the day.
I'm not even tracking for yesterday. DO not want to put it out there. I did do my hour work-out with a little more speed than usual.
Will power girl come one I know you got it.

I ate the lasagna…lol…man, the broiled cheese was so freaking good. But I ate a huge salad so I ended up with a 317 day. added a vodka too. Going skating soon, that’ll be an hour of skating so around a 380 burn.
I'm getting a little down in my exercise...I need to mix it up and get some energy drinks. I am down to 136 this morning though. 11 lbs in 8 days....
I ended up skating for 45 minutes but came home and did a butt workout and some Pilate's for the abs, so I got an hour in so far today. I also got on the gazelle and the bike.

Alright so yesterday was not the disaster it could’ve been we went to Boston Pizza – it smelled so good there and the menu….holy frig…but I cannot believe what I did. I got the chopped chicken salad at a 280 calories and an iced tea at ZERO calories….I felt so proud and I was sooooo full, I ate the whole chicken breast too, that was hard but I knew I needed the protein. Roger ate 8 slices of pizza and Evan ate 4.lol.
I feel so proud because I himmed and ha’d…I mean I had fasted all day and I had planned on a sirloin steak sandwich and side salad at 430 calories have kill me? Of course not a 500 calorie day would still be a good day calorie wise, but a 292 day…just fills me with pride that I care enough about myself to make these kinds of choices. As soon as I saw the 280 calorie I was pumped but I figured it’d be this little salad with a bit of chopped chicken on the top…nope it was huge and a full grilled chicken breast.
I got my diet Pepsi today too…so I’ve cut my drink calorie in half! So I’m at 12 calories for the day today, obviously I’ll have more – that’d be dangerous and stupid and I’d totally eat a cow tomorrow…lol…but we are having lasagna tonight so I’m going to have a tiny piece and big salad with it. A quarter tray of it is 400 calories…I’ll be eating half of that so 200 calories for dinner, a 212 day…not bad.
If I just eat a HUGE salad I could have a 53 calorie day…
Interesting. We’ll see.

So 137 today. More than a pound a day so far, but…
I really messed up yesterday…I had a cranberry vodka and it counted for 46% of my daily calories….I would have had 152 calories for the freaking day if I hadn’t had that drink. I still ended up at 282 for the day, but I can only imagine the feeling of being at 150 for the DAY! I’m still down a pound. I need to smarten up at home because it’s holiday season - there are going to be a lot of parties and events coming up. I have 8 events already…filled with pizza parties, drinking and potlucks. I know I can stick with veggie and fruit trays, but really with cheesecakes and sausage appetizers and lots of candies and lots of booze….I’m gonna be in workout hell. We are headed out to dinner tonight so I need to fast all day so I can afford the 450 cal dinner tonight. Man it would have been easier to see a huge number like 450 if I had been at 150 yesterday…I’ve got to get some diet coke with ZERO calories for my vodka. It’ll turn a drink into a 64 calorie drink instead of a 150 calories drink.

Saturday….blech…so I have to be really careful today…going to Boston Pizza tomorrow. That’ll pack on about 400 calories in one sitting. So I’m averaging about 450 cals a day…So I think I’ll be fine. I need to do some power cardio today to get revved up for tomorrow. Just doing the minimal calories would make me lose weight but I don’t want to be just skinny, like bones and stuff. I want muscle tone and I want to have abs, not like a 6-pack, but just not ribs sticking out. I want to be fit and thin, but not muscle-y….lol...so I’m toning, not really working out. Doing my bike at an average 12 miles an hour for about an hour a day.
So I found some very powerful DAILY diets at about 100 calories. I wonder if I could pull off 100 calories a day without anyone noticing. Rog told me last night 1500 calories a week wasn’t enough. If I get it at 700 week…he would NOT like that.

Woke up at 138.8 this morning. Hell ya! I did 61 minutes on the bike today at 397 calories burned and 310 calories taken in…WEIGHT LOSS! So my goal was 140 for the 22nd so I do have some play if I mess up like this weekend at Nolan’s bowling tournament. We WILL be going out for dinner! At 430 calories for a chicken sandwich…sigh…I think I’ll get a side salad and small chili. That’s under 300 calories and lots of veggies and protein too. And it’ll be yummier and more filling than the just a chicken sandwich. I need to watch my protein. I need more. Low cal high protein…white chicken breast…probably baked fish too. I’ll have to look at that. Anyhoo…I did great today, I’ve done great since I started.

So I knew I was going out for dinner tonight so I fasted all day! I went to Wendy’s and ate a Grilled Chicken sandwich at 430 CALORIES (!!!!) and a diet coke. More than I had all day yesterday, but that’s all I had. I snuck a few fries, but like 5. I was 139.6 at lunch time! I was 147 two days ago! My bloated tummy IS smaller. 140 was my goal for the 22nd. I got 30 minutes in on the bike too.

Kick-ass….yesterday was great. I did great. Today even better. I did 20 minutes on the bike this afternoon and I’m pretty sure I can get another 30 minutes in tonight. I have had a grand total of 368 calories today! I feel hungry and we just had supper, but I think I just pound back the water and get used to the hunger pains…I can think of them as the signal that I am getting skinny. I need to learn to appreciate the rumblings. Embrace them and encourage them.
Nobody even noticed dinner either! I sat there and ate with them and the chaos distracted any attention my plate. I filled it with veggies so it looked full.

11:50am So…I’m hungry.
I want to eat more, I just ate an apple. But there are wraps and English muffins and flat breads. CARBS…it’s like a drug now that I’ve decided enough is enough. It totally too early to be this dramatic…I mean it is 11:50am on day 1 of my plan to end the fat stage of my life.
5:25pm: Today is going good…534 calories intake and I’m going down to work-out in a minute. I’m on glass number 5 of water too. I’ve got to get 3 more in before bed. I’ve got to get more cardio in. I’ve got to get 2000 caloried burned today.
My food journal for today is:
3 cups of coffee

2 glass of water
1 cup of ravioli with sauce
