I really messed up yesterday…I had a cranberry vodka and it counted for 46% of my daily calories….I would have had 152 calories for the freaking day if I hadn’t had that drink. I still ended up at 282 for the day, but I can only imagine the feeling of being at 150 for the DAY! I’m still down a pound. I need to smarten up at home because it’s holiday season - there are going to be a lot of parties and events coming up. I have 8 events already…filled with pizza parties, drinking and potlucks. I know I can stick with veggie and fruit trays, but really with cheesecakes and sausage appetizers and lots of candies and lots of booze….I’m gonna be in workout hell. We are headed out to dinner tonight so I need to fast all day so I can afford the 450 cal dinner tonight. Man it would have been easier to see a huge number like 450 if I had been at 150 yesterday…I’ve got to get some diet coke with ZERO calories for my vodka. It’ll turn a drink into a 64 calorie drink instead of a 150 calories drink.
