I want to eat more, I just ate an apple. But there are wraps and English muffins and flat breads. CARBS…it’s like a drug now that I’ve decided enough is enough. It totally too early to be this dramatic…I mean it is 11:50am on day 1 of my plan to end the fat stage of my life.
5:25pm: Today is going good…534 calories intake and I’m going down to work-out in a minute. I’m on glass number 5 of water too. I’ve got to get 3 more in before bed. I’ve got to get more cardio in. I’ve got to get 2000 caloried burned today.
My food journal for today is:
3 cups of coffee
1 small apple at 11:30am
2 glass of water
1 cup of ravioli with sauce
