Major Setbacks...

okay so I'm back....fatter then ever - but ready to get back at it.
So the embarrassing and unimaginable has happened - I totally relapsed and am back up to 141lbs.

I know, I know...I have never been more determined then now though. My husband opened the pool yesterday. I need to put my bathing suit on soon - shorts even sooner. I have one month until May18th....that is probably shorts weather around here.

6 weeks is June 1st. That is my end date - the date I need to have reached my goals.
I'm going to be working out, I found bodyrock workouts and ouch. Every drop and bite will be monitored - and I mean 1000 cals a week will be too much.

I have to be 110 in 6 weeks.
That's 31lbs in 6 weeks.
That's 5lbs a week.

been gone....

so I've been gone and stuck at around 140....I haven't weighed myself in days, but I've had under 500 calories everyday for 3 days. I will be keeping under 500 calories until I reach my 105lb goal.

Monday December 13, 2010

I’m stuck at 136…and have been for weeks.

I’m not working out at all though and I’ve been eating normally, so yea….no gaining or losing. I’m totally off my goals – I should be 119 today. I am not.

Today I re-start my plan. Hubby is out of town and my oldest is not here, so I don’t have to eat at all until Wednesday. A 2-day water fast to kick start my plan. I figure if I can work-out and take in ZERO calories eat I can probably get back down to 133 in a few days. Then I can have black coffee and suppers of spinach salads and keep my calories down to under 50 a day for the next 10 days. No one questions big plates of spinach and vegetables. I may get to 125lbs by Christmas…10 lbs over my original goal. 10 lbs. in 10 days…

I only have one really open Christmas party where I will have to eat before Christmas – the others are more a mingle with a 10cal Vitamin water in a fooler booze glass type affairs. Water intake is crucial over these next 10 days. Must be always drinking water.

I’m so ready for this.

Deecmber 6, 2010

Alright so last week I had 3 birthday parties and 2 Christmas parties. I had no time to track or blog, I did manage to workout everyday, but one. I weighed in this morning at 137 still. I'm not thrilled to be so far behind my goals, but if I can get back on track this week. My goal is under 100 calories everyday, so i can get a little closer to my Christmas goal.
I do still have 3 more Christmas parties, no wait 4 more. Then actual Christmas dinner and stuff....yikes. Working out will be my only chance.

I lost 11 lbs in the first week.
I bet I can lose another 11 this week.

I gained another pound.
I'm back up to 137 this morning.
What the hell is going on???

I basically have to eat nothing for the next week to get back on track....
I'm supposed to be 133 today. 4 pounds.

I'm not losing anymore....very strange. I've heard of this water weight shit and think I have to bump up something. I'm not happy and way over my goal weight.

Just a note....

My goal next week is 800 calories....for the week.

yesterday....what a disaster. shared a treat with a friend and then looked up the calories after. I thought I was going to puke. (I kind of wish I had've).
600 calories treat....That's more than 3 days worth...I felt instantly deflated so i ate a 500 calories supper...just the freakin nightmare I had hoped to avoid....

I weighed in at 135.6 this morning...MORE then yesterday. MORE!ay.
Not okay.
I had to eat a freaking bowl of soup at my MIL's today which was delicious and I managed to only have to eat a few bites off it, still it was 60 calories. I gotta eat salad ONLY for dinner tonight to keep it under 100 for the day.

I'm not even tracking for yesterday. DO not want to put it out there. I did do my hour work-out with a little more speed than usual.
Will power girl come one I know you got it.
