Kick-ass….yesterday was great. I did great. Today even better. I did 20 minutes on the bike this afternoon and I’m pretty sure I can get another 30 minutes in tonight. I have had a grand total of 368 calories today! I feel hungry and we just had supper, but I think I just pound back the water and get used to the hunger pains…I can think of them as the signal that I am getting skinny. I need to learn to appreciate the rumblings. Embrace them and encourage them.
Nobody even noticed dinner either! I sat there and ate with them and the chaos distracted any attention my plate. I filled it with veggies so it looked full.
